Description: Mark A. Cartier graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1983 with a B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1986 after performing a clerkship with the Honorable John Beson. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1986. Mr. Cartier began work for the firm in 1984 as a law clerk, and has worked as an attorney since his admisssion to the Bar. Mr. Cartier has worked as an editorial consultant to the author of the Continuing Education of the Bar publication California Workers' Damages Practice. He is the author of the Interesting Case Decisions article in the California Workers' Compensation Enquirer. Mr. Cartier has lectured and taught in the field of workers' compensation and subrogation. He is a certified specialist by the California Bar, and is a partner in the firm.
