Jon James is a partner in the firm's Phoenix office. His practice focuses on Patent, Intellectual Property and other commercial litigation for technology companies. He has represented clients, including Intel and HTC, in patent cases throughout the United States. In addition, he frequently counsels clients about patent enforcement and licensing issues and has extensive experience advising clients about negotiating with and litigating against "non-practicing entities." Jon also frequently advises clients about patent law and policy issues and has co-authored amicus briefs in a number of important patent cases. He has also litigated a number of cases involving intellectual property-related antitrust issues and regularly advises clients about such issues.
