Janell Adams manages both complex and routine tort cases of virtually every type and size, and focuses her trial practice primarily on catastrophic personal injury and product liability defense.

Janell has more than 20 years experience representing some of the nation's largest product manufacturers. She has defended catastrophic injury cases involving products such as automobiles and off-road vehicles, including vehicle rollover and unintended acceleration cases. She has also handled pharmaceutical cases, defending products such as diet drugs, contraceptives, and anti-depressants. Additionally, Janell has managed national discovery programs and discovery projects for a variety of product manufacturers, including automobile, component supplier, HVAC, and recreational products.

She has both First and Second Chair jury trial experience, and has also handled cases at the appellate court level. In addition, Janell has an extensive and successful motion practice.
