Libby Banks focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, representing clients in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, including Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. She believes that each client and his or her situation is unique and each deserves an estate plan that is customized for that unique client. Working closely with clients, she helps them develop a plan that protects them and their families, reduces probate costs, saves taxes and assures that property is distributed the way each client wants.

Libby is a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization for Estate Planning Attorneys, the local College of Estate Planning Attorneys, the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, the Biltmore Connections BNI and the Better Business Bureau. She volunteers time with her daughter serving philanthropies and charities throughout the valley as a member of the Moon Valley National Charity League.
