Wesley Duncan was born in Sonora, California, a small town located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. After attending the University of California at Berkeley, Wes headed east and became an Ohio State Buckeye attending The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. In 2006, he passed the Arizona bar exam and entered the Air Force to serve as an active duty Judge Advocate. Wes was stationed at Nellis Air Force base for four and a half years and deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he worked in the Iraqi Court system helping Iraqis prosecute Al-Qaeda and other extremists groups in Baghdad. Attorney Duncan also tried over 40 court martials and assisted hundreds of clients. When his active duty commitment ended, Wes decided to make Nevada his home and passed the July 2011 bar exam. Attorney Wesley Duncan still proudly wears the uniform as a Reserve JAG officer and spends his free time hiking, running, reading, staying involved with his church community and taking care of his two dogs, Gracie and Chrissy. Wesley was also recently married to Jennifer Pearson, an active duty Air Force Nurse.
